CAPE TOWN- South Africa has recorded 95 more Covid-19 related deaths bringing the total to 2 844, while confirmed positive cases now stand at168 061, an increase of 8 729.
Of the latest fatalities 38 are from Gauteng, 29 are from the Western Cape, and 12 from the Eastern Cape.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said that recoveries are at 81 999, which translates to a recovery rate of 48.8%.
