CAPE TOWN- South Africa now has recorded 126 more Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 13 628, while infections are at 618 286, an increase of 2 585.
Of the latest fatalities, 33 are from Gauteng, 25 from the Eastern Cape, 20 from the Western Cape, and 48 from KwaZulu-Natal.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said the total number of recoveries is 531 338, which translates to a recovery rate of 86%.
