DURBAN - South Africa now has recorded 114 more Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 14 263, while infections are at 628 259, an increase of 1 218.
Of the latest fatalities, 39 are from Gauteng, 7 from the Eastern Cape, 20 from the Western Cape, 18 from North West, 7 from Free State, 10 from Mpumalanga and 13 from KwaZulu-Natal.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said the total number of recoveries is 549 993, which translates to a recovery rate of 87%.
