DURBAN - South Africa now has recorded 126 more Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 14 389, while infections are at 630 595, an increase of 2 336.
Of the latest fatalities, 49 are from Gauteng, 29 from the Eastern Cape, 16 from the Western Cape, 5 from Northern Cape, 15 from Free State and 12 from KwaZulu-Natal.
Health minister Zweli Mkhize said the total number of recoveries is 553 456, which translates to a recovery rate of 87%.
