Apple and Cinnamon Water
Water helps with all bodily functions as well as improving the mood. This water will not only help with cleansing the body but also improves digestion. Apples are high in fibre and cinnamon regulates blood sugar levels and aids the metabolism.
Ingredients:
• 1 Jug Water
• 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
• 1 Apple
Wash and slice the apple. Add to the water and drink throughout the day. Enjoy chilled.
