Apple cider vinegar can help burn belly fat and suppresses fat accumulation. It also helps you feel full for longer.

Ingredients:

• 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

• 1 Cup Water

Add the apple cider vinegar to the water and mix well. Drink in the morning.
