Boiled Ginger and Honey

Boiled water improves digestion and helps the body feel full and improves circulation. Ginger stimulates secretion of digestive acid. Honey can suppress appetite and burn fat.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Boiled Water

• 1 Slice Ginger

• 2 tsp Honey

Add the ingredients into a cup and allow to brew. Drink in the morning before breakfast.
