Chocolate and Banana Smoothie
Dark chocolate also boosts the metabolism and prevents insulin from spiking as well as curbs any cravings. Bananas are a good source of fibre which helps cleanse your gut.
• 1 Cup Dark Chocolate
• 1 Banana
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Peel the banana and add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
