Cranberry Smoothie

Cranberry juice flushes out excess water from the body and helps control cholesterol levels.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Cranberry Juice

• 1 Cup Berry Juice

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
