Keto Breakfast Smoothie

Keto or ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high fat intake diet that is known to help burn fat effectively.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Mixed Berries

• 1 tbsp Flaxseed

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
