DIY Detox Tonics: Kiwi Detox

Kiwi Detox

Kiwis are high in fibre have a low GI. The fruit also contains natural sugar which is released slowly into the bloodstream.


• 1 Kiwi
• 1 Banana
• 1 Cup Spinach
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice

Peel and cut the fruits. Wash the spinach and add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
