Lemon and Ginger Juice

Lemon boosts the metabolism and increases weight loss while ginger contains an appetite suppressant.

Ingredients:

• 1 Lemon

• 1 Ginger

Boil the lemon and ginger together. Once it has boiled, strain the juice and drink in the morning.
