Oatmeal Smoothie
Oats are also a good source of fibre and helps to bind the fats in the intestine which prevents the fats from being absorbed.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Seasonal Fruit
• 1 Cup Oats
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
