Pineapple and Parsley Smoothie

Pineapples contain the enzyme bromelain which boosts the metabolism while parsley helps to flush out excess toxins and excess fluids from the body.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Pineapple Juice

• 1/2 Cup Parsley

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
