Pineapples contain the enzyme bromelain which boosts the metabolism. Mangos contain high amounts of fibre.
• 1 Cup Pineapples
• 1 Cup Mango
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Peel and slice the pineapple and mango. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
