Spinach and Flaxseed Smoothie

Spinach contains high amounts of fibre and promotes digestion while flaxseeds can slow down the food absorption which makes you feel full.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Spinach

• 1 tbsp Flaxseed

• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Almond Milk

• 1 Cup Apple Juice

• Honey

Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Add honey for taste and enjoy chilled.
