DIY Health Tonic: Apple and Flaxseed Smoothie

Apple and Flaxseed Smoothie

Apples are packed with antioxidants that help protect your body on a cellular level and helps strengthen your immune system. Flaxseeds contain lignans which help boost the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1 Green Apple
• 1 tbsp Flaxseed
• 2 tsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk

Wash and slice the apple into cubes. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
