DIY Health Tonic: Avo and Kale Smoothie

Avo and Kale Smoothie

Avocados are a good source of Glutathione which is an antioxidant needed for lymphoid cells. Kale contains selenium which supports the immune system.


• 1 Avocado Pear
• 1 Cup Kale Leaves
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1 tbsp Honey

Peel and cut the avocado into cubes. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
