Basil has anti-inflammatory properties which protect the body from a variety of diseases. Rooibos tea and cinnamon are rich in antioxidants while lemon contains vitamin C.
• 4 Basil Leaves
• 1 Rooibos Teabag
• 1 Lemon Slice
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Boil water and brew the rooibos tea. Wash lemon and basil leaves and slice them. Add ingredients to the tea. Leave the rooibos teabag in. Add honey for taste and enjoy while hot.
