Beetroot and Cucumber Juice

Beetroot is good for preventing anemia and reducing inflammation. It contains copper which helps support immune system function. It’s rich in antioxidants and contains vitamin C, folate, iron and vitamin A. Cucumbers are highly nutritious and full of antioxidants while keeping you hydrated.

Ingredients:

• 2 Slice Beetroots

• 2 Slice Cucumbers

Wash and slice the ingredients. Add to a blender and blend. Remove pulp and serve chilled.
