Carrot and Berry Smoothie
Carrots contain Vitamin C and antioxidants that help the body to fight cell damage and inflammation. Berries that are dark, like blackberries, help prevent viruses from spreading within the body.
Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Berries
• 1 Large Carrot
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1/2 Cup Carrot Juice
Wash and chop the carrot in small pieces. Wash and destem any of the berries. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
