DIY Health Tonic: Cherry and Mango Smoothie

Cherry and Mango Smoothie

Cherries are packed with tons of nutrients for your body. It contains antioxidants and is a good and uncommon source of Vitamin C. Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Cherries
• 1 Mango
• 2 tsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1/2 Cup Mango Juice

Wash and deseed and destem the cherries. Wash and cut the mango into cubes. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
