Citrus Tea

Citrus fruits are full on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases. Ginger relieves body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Lemon

• 1/2 Orange

• 1/2 Lime

• 1 Ginger

• Honey

• 1 Cup Water

Cut the fruits in half and boil a pot on the stove. Peel the ginger and add it to the pot. Boil the fruits until they are completely soft. Strain the water into a cup and add 2 or 3 teaspoons of honey to sweeten the drink. Best served hot.
