Dragon Fruit and Berry Smoothie
Dragon fruit contains high amounts of fibre, vitamin C and antioxidants. It aids in the protection of your blood cells against infection. Berries that are dark, like blackberries, help prevent viruses from spreading within the body.
• 2 Dark pink Dragon Fruit
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 Cup of Berries
• 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
Wash the fruit. Cut the dragon fruit into quarters and scoop out the flesh. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
