This shot incorporates the nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants from kale leaves, mint, lemon juice, celery and kiwi juice. Kale contains selenium which supports the immune system. Lemons are full-on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases. Peppermint was previously used as a muscle relaxer which helps to relieve the body of any pains. Kiwi’s antioxidants aid lung functions especially in those who suffer from asthma.
• 2 tbsp of lemon juice
• 1 handful kale leaves
• 2 stems of mint
• 2 sticks celery
• 2 tbsp of kiwi juice
Wash the celery, kale and mint Leaves. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend. Remove extra pulp and add the mixture into a short glass or a shooter glass. Mix well and enjoy.
