Mango and Chia Seeds Smoothie

Mangos contain antioxidants that help to boost the immune system as well as promotes a healthy gut. Chia seeds contain high amounts of antioxidants and can reduce inflammation.

Ingredients:

• 1 Mango
• 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1 Cup Mango Juice

Soak the chia seeds in water overnight. Wash and cut the mango into cubes. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
