Lassi is an Indian drink which is a good source of probiotics and boosts the immune system. It is drunk either plain, flavoured, sweet or salty. This drink also helps to soothe stomach cramps, especially those that are caused by eating spicy food and treats diarrhoea.
• 1 Cup Sour Milk (Maas)
• 1/2 Cup Milk
• Mango Puree / Pulp
• Sugar (for taste)
Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Add more sugar or puree to make the lassi sweet. Enjoy chilled.
