Peanut Butter Smoothie

Peanut Butter has a lot of health benefits. It contains Zinc and Vitamin B6 which helps to support the immune system and it is rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp Peanut Butter

• 1 Banana

• 2 Cups Almond Milk

• 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1 Cup Oats

• Honey

Add the ingredients into a blender. Add more honey for taste. Blender together and enjoy chilled.
