DIY Health Tonic: Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkins are packed with high levels of antioxidants and contain Vitamins A and C. Pineapples contain many nutrients including antioxidants that fight diseases and help boost your immune system. This mixture also contains Vitamins B and C as well as Folate.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Pumpkin
• 1 Cup Pineapple
• 1 tbsp Ginger Powder
• 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

Wash the pumpkin and pineapple and cut them into cubes. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
