DIY Health Tonic: Virgin Bloody Mary

Virgin Bloody Mary

Although the alcoholic version of this drink is good for curing hangovers, this version is great for colds and flus. Tomato Juice contains many antioxidants that prevents your cells from getting damaged. It is a good detoxifying agent and helps prevent blood clots. Celery and parsley both have antifungal and antibacterial properties to help fight infections.

Ingredients:

• 3 Cups of Tomato Juice
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tsp Celery Salt
• 2 tsp Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
• 1 Celery Stalk
• 2 tsp Hot Sauce

Add all the ingredients into a glass and stir well. Garnish the glass with the celery stalk. Enjoy chilled.
