Boiled Ginger and Lemon

Ginger helps relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system. Lemons are full-on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Boiling Water
• 1 Ginger Slice
• 1 Lemon Slice

Boil a cup of water and add the ginger and lemon slice. Allow it to brew for a few minutes and drink while hot.
