Coconut and Hazelnut Smoothie

Coconuts contain antimicrobial properties which remove bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi from the body. Hazelnuts are rich in antioxidants and are packed with Vitamin E which helps the body to relax and improves cognitive function.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Coconut Water

• 1/2 Cup Hazelnuts (deshelled)

• 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
