Cucumber Smoothie

Cucumbers are highly nutritious and full of antioxidants while keeping you hydrated. Lemons are full-on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases.

Ingredients:

• 1 Large Cucumber

• 1 Cup Lemonade

• 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt

• 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

Wash and chop the cucumber and add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
