DIY Health Tonics: Ginger and Kale Juice

Ginger and Kale Juice

Ginger helps relieve body pain, reduce inflammation, fight respiratory issues and helps to strengthen the immune system. Kale contains selenium which supports the immune system.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Kale Leaves
• 1 tsp Ginger Powder
• 1 Cup Lemon Juice
• 1 Cup Coconut Water

Wash and chop the kale leaves. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
