DIY Health Tonics: Lemonade

Lemonade

Lemons are full on Vitamin C and antioxidants which aid in improving your immune system and help prevent diseases. The anti-inflammatory properties in mint relieve irritation caused by coughing.

Ingredients:

• 1 Lemon
• Mint
• 2 tbsp Honey
• 2 Cups Soda Water

Peel and chop the lemon into quarters. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
