DIY Health Tonics: Pomegranate and Beetroot Juice

Pomegranate and Beetroot Juice

Pomegranate juice contains antioxidants that fight bacterial infections. Beetroot is good for preventing anaemia and reducing inflammation. It contains copper which helps support immune system function.

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups Pomegranate Juice
• 2 Cup Beetroot Juice
• 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
• 1 Cup Coconut Water

Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
