DIY Health Tonics: Pomegranate Smoothie

Pomegranate Smoothie

Pomegranates contain antioxidants that help fight bacterial infections.

Ingredients:

• 1 Pomegranate
• 1 Cup Coconut Water
• 1 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

Cut and remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
