Rosemary Tea

Rosemary has anti-inflammatory properties and fights viral, bacterial and fungal infections. It also contains Vitamins A and C.

Ingredients:

• 1 Cup Boiling Water

• 1 Rosemary Teabag

• Honey

Prepare the tea as usual and add honey for taste. Enjoy hot.
