Cayenne pepper is a good pain reliever. It helps relieve different types of bodily pain. It helps improve conditions for autoimmune diseases and is packed with antioxidants. Orange juice contains Vitamin C.
• 1 Cup Orange Juice
• 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tsp Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp Honey
Add the ingredients into a blender. Blend together and enjoy chilled.
