Crêpes are an international favourite treat that can be eaten at any part of the day. This simple recipe only requires 2 ingredients to produce the batter and takes a total of 5 minutes to make.
• 2 Eggs
• 1 Banana
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth. In another bowl beat 2 eggs together and add the mashed banana. Grease a pan and add the batter onto the pan. Cook on medium heat for 2 minutes on each side or until the pancakes brown.
