Fried Ice Cream
This is a traditional Mexican treat perfect for those hot spring nights or to enjoy after a light supper. It’s easy to prepare however it can be a messy process.
• 3 Cups Corn Flakes
• 4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
• 1.8 l Ice Cream (Usually Vanilla)
Take the ice cream out of the freezer (before starting the recipe) to soften. Place wax paper onto a baking tray. Combine the corn flakes and cinnamon powder together in a bowl. Scoop as 6 scoops of ice cream onto the wax paper. Dip each scoop into the corn flakes and cinnamon mixture and place onto the baking tray. Deep fry in oil and enjoy with syrup.
