DIY Treats: Microwave Bread Pudding

Microwave Bread Pudding

This easy recipe is the perfect serving size for just one person and will be ready in 5 minutes.


• 1 Cup Bread (Cubed)
• 1 Egg
• 1/3 Cup Milk
• 3 tbsp Sugar
• 2 tbsp Flavouring

Cut 2 slices of bread into cubes and place the bread in a shallow microwave-safe bowl. Whisk the egg, sugar and milk together and pour over the bread. Add the flavouring and gently combine. Microwave for 1 minute, uncovered. If the mixture is still in a liquid state, then microwave at 30-second intervals. Remove from the microwave and add the garnish of your choice.
