This easy recipe does not require you to bake the cookies and these cookies are perfect for fasting season as it does not contain any eggs.
• 1 3/4 Cup Oats
• 1 Cup Peanut Butter
• 6 tbsp Maple Syrup
Line a baking tray with wax paper and in a large bowl add the peanut butter and syrup. Microwave for 2 minutes at 20 second intervals and stir in between until the peanut butter thickens. Add the oats to the bowl and combine. Scoop the dough and flatten on the baking tray. Place in the fridge to set.
