Homemade Ice Pack
If you are running out of ice packs for your cooler bag or don’t have one to soothe an injury , then this hack is for you.
Materials:
• 1 Zip Lock bag
• Water
• Rubbing Alcohol
Add 3 parts water to 1 part rubbing alcohol and mix together. Add the solution in the zip lock bag and freeze. Remove from the freezer when you are ready to use.
