• Peeled and sliced Ginger / Ginger Teabag
• Boiled water
Peel and slice fresh ginger and add to a pot of boiling water. Remove the ginger slices and strain any pulp left behind. Or alternatively, just add a ginger teabag to your boiled water. Add honey for flavour.
