SA Covid-19 deaths hit 148, infections at 7572

CAPE TOWN- South Africa's Covid-19 death toll now stands at 148, jumping by 10 today while infections are at 7572, an increase of 352.

Health minister Zweli Mkhize said that seven of the deaths are from the Western Cape, one from the Eastern Cape, one from Gauteng and one from KwaZulu-Natal.

A total of 268 064 tests have been conducted to date with 10 523 tests done in the past 24 hours.
