Watermelon and Mint Smoothie

Watermelons are made of 90% water and contains an amino acid called arginine which helps to burn fat. Mint boosts the metabolism and aids digestion.


• 1 Cup Watermelon
• 1 Cup Almond Milk
• 1/2 Cup Mint


Wash and chop the mint and watermelon into small pieces. Add the ingredients into a blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
