Blueberry and Lemon Water

Blueberries help boost the metabolism and breaks down belly fat and lowers cholesterol levels. Lemon boosts metabolism and increases weight loss.

Ingredients:

• 1 Jug Water

• 1 Cup Blueberries

• 1 Lemon

Wash and slice the blueberries and lemon. Add to the water and drink throughout the day. Enjoy chilled.
