DIY Health Tonic: Banana Smoothie

Banana Smoothie

Bananas have many health benefits and is a good source of vitamins. It contains vitamins B6 which helps the body form red blood cells and C which helps boost the immune system.


• 2 Bananas (Ripe)
• 2 Cups of Berries
• 2 Cups Peaches
• 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
• 2 Cups of Milk

Peel your banana and add it to a blender. Wash berries and peaches and slice them. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
