DIY Health Tonic: Bitter Gourd Juice

Bitter Gourd Juice

Bitter gourd which is also known as bitter melon has many health benefits. It can cleanse the liver and boost the immune system by fighting viruses and bacteria as well as preventing allergies.

Ingredients:
• 1 Bitter Gourd
• 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1/2 Cup of Orange Juice

Cut the bitter gourd in half and scoop out the seeds. Then chop it into smaller pieces. Add the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Separate the pulp from the juice and add some honey for taste.
